• Uploaded designs will be stored securely and used only for your order and quality assurance purposes.

3. Order Process

After submitting your design:

• We will review your design and contact you within 24 business hours.
• You will receive a quotation based on your design and requirements.
• Production begins after you approve the quotation and make the required deposit payment.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. Payment Terms

For all custom orders:

• A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
• The remaining balance must be paid before shipping.
• All payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe.
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs, order volume, and design complexity.

5. Production and Delivery

Regarding the production process:

• Production time varies based on order complexity and volume, typically 2-4 weeks after design approval.
• Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.
• Shipping time is not included in production time.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final, and we do not accept returns for custom-made items.
• If there are quality issues or manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We may offer repairs, replacements, or partial refunds at our discretion for manufacturing defects.
• Color variations within industry standards are not considered defects.
